Question Answered

I received the replacement lamp, but the projector 'STATUS' led blinks 9 times and the power button turns from Blue to Amber. I've tried many things off Google with no results. Any suggestions? Asked by Joel C. On Sep 21, 2023

I would suggest getting a new projector or replacing the bulb one more time. Try unplugging the projector and plugging it back in. If it's blue, do not turn off the AC power. If it's blinking blue, the power button indicator may be prematurely lamp failure. Press the power button on the remote and the projector will be ready to use. After you turn on your projector, ensure that computer or projector is turned on and the lens cover is off the projector. Wait three to five minutes until the lighting has stabilized. Wait 60 seconds to remove the lamp. You may need to replace the lamp again. The lamp, SKU#: MPLL09587 may need to be replaced one more time. We offer a a 180 day warranty, so you have 180 days to exchange the lamp if there is a problem with the lamp. Here's the link to the manual: https://www.projectorcentral.com/pdf/projector_manual_6209.pdf. You may also need to eco mode if you have no signal for one minute. Wait a moment for the projector to turn for 0.5 seconds and wait a minute.
