I have the Optoma HD39Darbee projector and the bulb died. Should I replace the bulb or get the module and bulb? Is the bulb I'm buying used? Asked by Jill G. On Feb 07, 2026
If you module is broken or cracked, then you should replace the module as well. But if it's just the bulb, then we may sell the bare bulb on a special case basis if you email our Canadian sales team: sales@myprojectorlamps.ca. Our new bulbs are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), which means we use the same quality bulbs as the projector companies, OSRAM, PHILIPS, USHIO, and PHONEIX.
