Included with every lamp we sell is our famous 180-Day Guarantee. If you order a projector lamp from our company and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may send the projector lamp back for a *full refund or an exchange.
We have the longest guarantee in the business and there aren't any paper forms to fill out or endless questions about why you are returning your lamp. Simply no hassle!
You can initiate an exchange in one of two ways -

- Initiate an exchange or refund through the website (please note, you must have an account to use this feature).
Once you initiate the exchange/ return process a MyProjectorLamps staff member will follow-up and email you the steps to take in order to successfully return or exchange your projector lamp.
Fast Turnaround on Exchanges
If you are looking for an exchange on a defective lamp, we try to keep our turnaround time down. However, we cannot ship an exchange lamp until we have the tracking number for the old lamp on its way back to our offices.
Once we have received the tracking number from you, the exchange will ship within 24 hours
MyProjectorLamps 180-Day guarantee is automatically applied to every lamp purchased with us.
Full Refund Limitations
*Full refunds are available up to 30 days after receiving the lamp, and will be refunded by the same pay method as purchased. Exchanges will be available up to 180 days after receiving the lamp.
Each lamp that is returned to our office will be tested by our returns department with a lamp/bulb tester. Any lamp returned that is not defective will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Any products returned must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
