I can highly endorse My projector lamps, their customer service has been the best that I have ever come across. I had an issue with the wrong part, that was fixed, I then had a Warrantity issue, that was fixed! They always look after their customers unlike some online businesses. Happy with my lamp. Very competitive price. The light is solid and constant. It appeared to be a carbon copy of the lamp it replaced, the one that came with my JVC DLA X3.

Easily found the product I needed. Having the option to do a Purchase Order allowed us to get the bulb on time for the next presentation. The only improvement I could suggest is that the invoice be made out in NZD with a New Zealand bank account. Our organisation had reservations about this so a personal credit card had to be used and reimbursements filed with letters of explanation provided. Apart from that the bulb was correct the pictures allowed us to check and recheck that we had the right one. Thank you myprojectorlamps for getting us up and running again.

At the time of ordering I received an immediate reply that the lamp was out of stock, would be available within a week, and would be sent to me via Express Post which I had not paid for. Within a couple of days I was advised that the lamp had been posted and I had it within 24 hours. Outstanding service. I would recommend myprojectorlamps to anyone requiring a replacement lamp.

Once contacting My Projector Lamps and leaving a message, my call was returned the following day. Once the gentleman (Casper, from Customer Support) assisted me with my query/order (I was after 2 particular lamps but one lamp was out of stock), but once this came in the order of 2 lamps were shipped in a very timely prompt manner.
